"VB.K" - Boris Konstantinovich, the film "Russia after 2012" has just been shown on television, where you analyzed the forecasts for the development of events in Russia after the allegedly mystical 2012. What are the sources of information you use for analytical work?

B.K.R. - Television is, first of all, the most powerful means of influencing consciousness modern man. For a long time I have been taking part in programs that raise topics that are close to me in spirit. In particular, these are extraordinary human abilities, phenomena unknown to a wide audience, as well as extraordinary ways of obtaining knowledge and information that I had to deal with in my service in the Kremlin.

I have been working with creative teams of television channels for eight years now. Their history is the same. They listen for a long time and carefully, film the entire conversation on camera and release what they see fit. Their consciousness does not fit the main thing, how everything works and why what happens is happening. They are interested in mysticism, secrets, riddles, phenomena that have yet to be solved, and they, of course, will be the first to tell the world about it (laughs). And on the screen - a "salad" of opinions of completely different as they become involved in main theme people. Here is another "salad" you saw. There was a man there, I don't remember his last name, who said that he allegedly worked with Korzhakov, that he saved Yeltsin from flying to Japan ... I don't remember anything like that. Yes, at that time the authorities received a lot of different information from "clairvoyants" and "psychics". For our service, these are signals. They were worked out in accordance with the event probabilities by those who were instructed.

People were treated attentively and with respect, and they had the impression of “working with special services” from communicating with operatives. But these people, especially those who openly declare this today, have never officially worked for the authorities. They did not bear any responsibility for such forecasts.

I love Ren TV and their groups very much, I am friends with many and I am always glad to see them at home. But there is no way to bring on the screen what is not just wanted, but what needs to be conveyed. After all, our sources have been tested in the operating modes of special forces, our analytical methods are still successfully used by specialists. All this is described in books that began to appear two years ago.

"VB.K" - Boris Konstantinovich, after the release of your books from the Chronicles of the Real World series, many experts began to discuss the "metacontact" technology, which is discussed there. For the layman, this seems to be too non-standard, and even an incredible way to obtain information. Did you completely and unconditionally trust the information obtained in this way?

B.K.R. - In general, in our country, in the 1980s, a system of well-organized and clandestine work was created to create new methods and means of solving interstate and domestic political problems without involving forces of intimidation and destructive influence. Including methods for obtaining operational information that are different from the traditionally known ones. But with the collapse of the USSR and the reorganization of the power ministries, the coordination of the executors fell apart, and special units in the KGB and the Ministry of Internal Affairs ceased to exist. But the "metacontact" technology that you ask about remained in the hands of specialists who not only developed it, but also used it very successfully. On its basis, special studies were conducted and are being conducted today. In particular, they are engaged in the Energy Information Laboratory of the National Association of Bodyguards of Russia.

The main goal of these studies is to search for new techniques, ways, forms and methods of expanding the capabilities of human consciousness. In a number of countries there is information on the use of covert remote influence from individuals to large groups. Moreover, we are not talking about experiments that are already being set up. long time, but about the use of proven technologies to achieve practical, most often political and military, goals. And these technologies are becoming more sophisticated every day thanks to the new possibilities of science and technology. Of course, there are still technical issues in the use of these weapons. But when they are overcome, the psi-weapon will surpass in its capabilities all the others put together.

As for reliability, no one has ever relied on the information obtained in this way one hundred percent. Only if it coincided with information received from at least two other sources, we began to work with it. Both the SBP and our military colleagues had channels and mechanisms for verifying primary information. "VB.K" - Boris Konstantinovich, tell us, did you really have a group of parapsychologists under your command during your work at the State Educational Observatory?

B.K.R. - A group of parapsychologists, and even in my submission - it sounds very loud. Here we need to understand the following: since I stood at the very origins of the formation new service protection of the first persons of the state, in 1991, he could not have been unaware of the alleged threats to the first president new Russia. B.K.R. - As expected - they ensured the security of the first person of the state with the available forces and means. And at that time it was very, very difficult. We knew very well what was new public education going through a painful period of formation. And during an illness, the state body, like the human body, is very vulnerable. And it was necessary to protect the first person of the country from attempts to manipulate his consciousness by any available means. And a lot of them have been done. With this task, I'm sure, we basically coped. Including, thanks to the new technologies in question.

"VB.K" - Why are these questions still under the heading "Top Secret"?

Probably because we dealt with issues directly related to the study of the mechanism of work, both social consciousness and the consciousness of a very specific person. They were also looking for a way to protect a person from unauthorized intrusion into his mind.

"VB.K" - Was there a temptation to manipulate the consciousness of President Yeltsin?

B.K.R. - (laughs) How do you imagine it? Did they sit on a sofa, climb into the head of a protected person, and begin to educate him in the spirit of love for the Motherland? No way! But we knew that such attempts were made by those who knew as much as we do, only the goals were different. Theoretically, this is possible, and we also knew this, but it is extremely difficult to detect such an impact. This requires people and the desire of the most protected person. We didn't have one or the other. But here we used protective technologies and quite successfully.

The fact is that the task of the structure, which I headed in the FSO, was to close the first persons from attempts by external influence on their consciousness. Even today it is difficult for many colleagues to understand the essence and importance of such a task. It only happens when something happens. The problem of the narrowness of consciousness, its tunneling and limitation is a universal problem. And intelligence officers are not supermen, but ordinary people. Only they give an oath to the Motherland. And therefore they are obliged to follow its letter and spirit.
And here's what's important - not the essence of how it looks, but the essence of how it works. If it's incredible, incomprehensible and fantastically stupid, but it works, then it's real. Games with consciousness are very dangerous, especially with the consciousness of persons who are endowed with power and can make important decisions for the country and society. Intelligence agencies in all developed countries know this. There was already a real struggle for these technologies, and they can be both defensive and attacking, and today they have entered the regular use mode.
Hand on heart, I will say: we have never manipulated the minds of either Yeltsin, or Chernomyrdin, or Gaidar. It's not our business. What's the temptation here? We are not adventurers, but intelligence officers.

"VB.K" - Well, what was really done by the security service at that time? From what troubles did you manage to save your wards?

B.K.R. - We managed to save a lot, and not so much our protected persons as the country itself. For example, from a probable war with China in five to seven years. We disrupted Yeltsin's first visit to Japan. It was supposed to take place in 1992. As it became known to us, the president was intensively "programmed" to give a number of the Kuril Islands to Japan. But this was only the first step in a multi-way combination of forces that claimed world hegemony.

And after the transfer of the islands to Japan, China, which was also programmed, had to begin to actively demand the return of the disputed territories, which were then enough. It could have escalated into an armed conflict. And immediately a wave of protest against the expansion of the PRC would rise in the world. Russia, encouraged by the world community, could well have declared war on China. Today, such a development of events is unlikely, since all border disputes between China and Russia have been resolved. And fourteen years ago, armed conflict was quite real.

The GDO did not guarantee the president's personal safety in Japan, and the Security Council recommended that the visit be postponed until better times. Yeltsin was terribly indignant, but was forced to obey state regulations.

"VB.K" - To what extent were your fears justified? What sources provided you with such information?

B.K.R. - Our informants unwittingly turned out to be the first persons of Western Europe and the USA. The fact is that in the USSR they were quite successfully developing a technology for entering someone else's consciousness. And we have made great progress in it. Details about the methods and content of the reports of information channel operators are written in our first with G.G. Rogozin's book "Beyond the Known". It contains virtual dialogues with many political figures of that time.

But before that, in the late nineties, I had a meeting with one rather specific CIA employee - Joseph Mac Monigl - who was considered a clairvoyant agent number 001. The Russian special services at that time had official contacts with US intelligence agencies on mutual information about possible terrorist threats.
We received him well, in the end, Joe said that for the United States there is no secret of our nuclear submarine missile carriers. Allegedly, their specially trained psychics lead each of our nuclear submarines, "observing" the actions of the crew and the state of strategic weapons. At the same time, he presented us with evidence that, paradoxically, really confirmed the correctness of his words.
Then we told him that the "translucence" of nuclear submarines is impressive, but we can safely "walk through the brains" of the US President and his inner circle. After that, they gave him information that only the first person of the state could really know. He contacted his colleagues, and then said: why should we hide something from each other? We are entering an open society, let's be friends and exchange information. We agreed, but after that, all contacts in the field of psychotronics with us were stopped by the American intelligence services.

"VB.K" - How were the Americans at that time?

B.K.R. - Fine. He himself was a witness, that's what happened. The Americans brought us not only Joseph, but also a grant of two million dollars. The head of their laboratory, a Tseraushnik, says: "Guys, let's work together on psi-influences." I ask: “What have you achieved, what are your results?” They say, "Look." And they brought Joseph, a man about my age, a former military man who had blown himself up on a mine. After a traumatic brain injury, he had the gift of clairvoyance. We watched a short film together. A committee is sitting in New York with this Joseph, and in Washington, a woman is coming up to some building. Joseph is given a photograph of this woman and asked: dive into it and look through her eyes, where she is now, describe that place. He plunged into self-hypnosis and said: “I’m standing near such and such a building that has so many floors, there is a parking lot nearby, I don’t see the numbers of cars - it’s far away.”

And the woman really stood far away. Next to the gas station, he described it. Everything matched 90 percent! And then the guards ask us: what can you do? And then I talked about how we get into the brains of politicians. Here they surprise us again: it turns out that they themselves have long been using psychics in order to monitor the situation in the world.

Joseph told me: “For example, our spy satellite is flying over your submarine base in Dalnogorsk. Photographs this base from above. Since the resolution is from 15 to 30 cm, we see a disguised hangar. I mentally go into it. See if there is a boat there. What class? Does it have nuclear weapon?»

Joseph boasted that their psychic guys are immersed in the brains of our commanders and they know all our secret places of “layouts” of submarines, and they have all the points of attacking the enemy on our map. "VB.K" - And what was in the minds of those people whose thoughts you read?

B.K.R. - Back in the early nineties, we "worked" with the new US Ambassador to Russia, Strauss. After reading his thoughts and analyzing the information received, we came to the conclusion that the embassy has equipment for psychotronic influence on Muscovites, but it is mothballed. Received and other information from his subconscious. A couple of weeks before the start of the bombing of Yugoslavia by US aircraft, we conducted a connection session with Secretary of State Albright's subconscious. I won't go into detail about her thoughts. I will only note the most characteristic moments, which were confirmed after the start of NATO aggression in Serbia.

Secondly, it followed from Albright's thoughts that the US Army would use in Yugoslavia a kind of symbiosis of chemical and biological weapons, coupled with warheads containing radioactive elements.
Then it also became known that US aircraft also used shells with depleted uranium. In addition, radioactive iodine was used in Tomahawk warheads, which completely decayed within a month, but during this time caused serious damage to human health and nature. The correctness of our information was confirmed after the bombing, even the bombing sites were confirmed.

"VB.K" - Did you directly report to Yeltsin the information that was removed from the minds of the US leaders?

B.K.R. - Of course not. We were responsible for personal security, and what we received in the course of our work was intelligence. This is another "eparchy". This information became the basis for the further work of our analytical centers. That's when it was superimposed on what came through the SVR, the GRU and diplomatic sources, then a complete picture took shape, which already formed the basis of analytical notes to the country's top leadership. Management needs a brief analytics, not the whole volume. They do not need to explain where and how this information was obtained. Here we are analytics with colleagues and painted as a joint work. And she went upstairs on command.

"VB.K" - Tell me, Boris Konstantinovich, you had such a valuable and rare source of information ... Have you ever wanted to find out with its help what God is?

B.K.R. - Of course I wanted to. Even more - it was necessary to know in order to understand the deep principles of working on the information channel. We were told there is only one God, but for each of you it is different. Whoever perceives as such, he is for him. In fact, God is the highest organizing energy, to which we owe our appearance on the planet. And life is given to us in order to do the work we have to do. This is so, in a nutshell.

There is nothing wrong with the existence of many religions, something else is bad - each of them personifies God in its own way, endowing him with human character traits. Meanwhile, God is a thinking substance that permeates the entire universe and is very far from our perception.

"VB.K" - And what is the main problem facing the world today and what are the ways to solve it?

B.K.R. - Based on the information obtained by metacontact from the planetary information field of the Earth, the main problem modern world- it's unspiritual. Civilization is ruined by excessive selfishness. A person is controlled by thought, which is created by beliefs and beliefs, and only then the thought develops into physical actions and creates reality.
It is impossible to solve any of the world's problems without changing the worldview of the masses. Mankind needs to finally understand that God is not a vengeful policeman in heaven, but a thinking energy substance that gives us creative energy. "VB.K" - Boris Konstantinovich, we know that recently at the Academy of the FSB of Russia you made your closed report on the possible development of the situation in the world and Russia, prepared with the help of metacontact. If possible, please provide at least some general information.

B.K.R. - I can't tell you what was intended, and therefore carefully prepared for the FSB officers. In addition, it was easier for us to communicate. They are trained people for this kind of analytics. But for the readers of the journal "Security Issues" I can briefly "highlight" the main provisions of the report. There is no state secret here.

The situation in the world in the second half of the year may not be easy - the European Union, redistributing resources at the expense of rich countries, will still be able to pull Greece, Italy, Spain and other weak partners out of the crisis. And for Russia, a new wave of the global crisis gives some chance for recovery. Despite the fact that Europe and the United States will be shaken by the global crisis, the Russian economy will grow, albeit slowly. The second wave of the crisis is not far off - those who steer the shadow processes on the planetary political field will provoke it themselves.

While Obama decides international issues, the US economy will experience a new blow. If everything goes according to the worst-case scenario, then the peak of problems in the United States will be in 2011. Naturally, it will also affect Russia, but not as painfully as it will happen in other countries. Russia by this time will have the opportunity to gather strength. But this chance still needs to be seized and used effectively. The country's leadership is now taking the right steps: partnerships with Ukraine will help us cope with the situation and even remain a winner in it. Russia will benefit from an increase in world oil prices. In Russia, the second half of the year may be difficult for the southern regions of the country. Stavropol, Astrakhan, Kuban, Rostov-on-Don were in the drought zone. In autumn, there is an increased risk of serious man-made emergencies in the central part of Russia. Do not be afraid, but it is simply necessary to increase vigilance. What will happen to Russia by the end of 2010 can be called the beginning of a "spiritual revolution".

This does not mean that everything will be fine, but the situation will contribute to this. The whole question is how we can take advantage of this situation. You can talk a lot, but do what you need, not always and not everyone wants to. The situation will contribute to the fact that the people will have to unite, there will be a desire to help each other, a common patriotic goal will be born, aimed at creation. After all, it is not for nothing that we on the channel constantly call Russia the spiritual heart of the planet. But it's more of a credit than an estimate. This high trust must be justified, and not repeated like a spell or a prayer...

It is unlikely that this forecast will surprise anyone, but the main idea in the report was not what will happen, but what, when and how should be done to make this forecast come true. The situation for Russia is favorable, but its sign can change at any moment. So, to prevent this from happening, such reports are being prepared. But the FSB is not gods either. Decisions are made at the top, but what they report to the top is one thing, but what they will do there is another. There is no need to rely on a kind and wise king. B.K.R. - You know, in general, this area is not so priority in the situation in which the country finds itself. In 2007, NAST Russia approached its laboratory with a number of questions regarding private security activities.
