Admission Terms

Admission to college on budgetary places is carried out in the following order:

· Out of competition, in case of equality of the average score of the certificate of applicants, persons who have privileges established by the legislation of the Russian Federation are credited upon presentation of the relevant documents, namely:

Currently, Russian students are going through their socio-age and professional development in difficult economic conditions and a radical change in spiritual values. The situation in which future specialists are formed is ambiguous and contradictory. On the one hand, the changes taking place in Russian society have significantly expanded the possibilities of life choices, on the other hand, students are socialized in conditions of instability of society as a whole and the protracted crisis of familiar norms and values. That is why the educational system is facing fundamentally new challenges. Hence the need for a qualitatively new formulation of the educational process. The most important mission of which is the formation of highly moral, creatively working professionals - citizens of Russia. Such a formation is impossible without a student’s self-active position, when it not only conscientiously fulfills the proposed assignments defined by the educational institution’s educational work plan, but itself sees vital social problems and seeks their solutions.

To resolve this problematic situation, a public student organization "Fakel" was created at the Trubchevsk Professional and Pedagogical College 6 years ago at the initiative of students. As a legal entity, on February 22, 2001, she was registered with the Office of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation for the Bryansk Region. The structure of the organization and the operating procedure of the Fakel is determined by the Charter adopted by the constituent conference of the Trubchevsky District Public Student Organization Fakel on November 28, 2000. The number of members of the organization at the moment is 80 people, aged 14 to 30 years. The organization’s activities are covered in your own monthly newspaper, Your Newspaper.
