  1. A memo is an element of business written communication, respectively, the writing style should be business.
  2. No need to use bulky, broken and ambiguous phrases, the language should be literate and concise, without emotional coloring, otherwise it turns out that you just settle scores.
  3. Spelling, punctuation, and other spelling errors are not allowed.
  4. "Hat" is written according to established rules in the upper right corner of the sheet. Typically, the footer contains the full name of the institution, respectively, in the "header" you can specify the accepted abbreviated name - for example vocational school No. 26 named after Chkalova.
  5. In the center is written the heading - REPORTING NOTE and registration number.
