The age for admission to military schools is explicitly and not very specified in article 35 of the first law. And here is what they write literally:

And everything is clear and not quite. The first two paragraphs are clear as day and do not cause doubts. But what the Minister of Defense determined there, I don’t know where to even look. But after observing about 10 leading military universities (not branches) everywhere, the age limit for contracting is 25 years for the year of admission.
